Camvera Networks Overview:

Camvera Networks, previously Tri-State Broadband, is a wireless broadband systems integration and managed services company focusing on the development of enhanced broadband services for non-served and under-served rural and "fringe" urban markets.

The Company provides high-speed wireless solutions in partnership with small to medium-sized cities and rural utilities to assist them in attracting new businesses and jobs, to drive additional revenue, as well as to provide critical services for schools, hospitals, and area residents and businesses.

In addition, Camvera maintains and operates its own markets in selected areas as well as supporting existing municipal clients. Camvera Networks, designs, engineers, and deploys broadband services utilizing "pre WIMAX" non-line-of-sight (NLOS) and line-of-sight (LOS) wireless technology solutions.

The Company’s considerable portfolio of services includes turnkey Radio Frequency (RF) and IP network system planning and design, antenna site selection, base station and network installation and commissioning, and the operation, marketing, and sales of the related infrastructure and services. Camvera’s solutions are designed to deliver high-speed Internet data, VOIP, streaming video services to residential, small business, commercial, schools, and governmental subscribers, and offer the fastest pathway to new markets and recurring revenue.

Since 2002, Camvera has deployed thirty (30+) city/countywide-wide wireless broadband systems at and currently has eleven projects that are either under construction or contract in the US, with plans to enter into 100 new markets within 12 months.

Camvera has also established third party equity partnerships with WISP's focusing on deployment of wireless networks throughout the entire United Stated. Additionally, in 2005 Camvera acquired an Atlanta-based IP networking company with telecom co-location facilities at 55 Marietta Street and 56 Marietta in downtown Atlanta, GA. This state of the art co-lo facility allows Camvera to provide backend services which include but are not limited to Metro Ethernet and VOIP, anywhere in the US.
