1. Client contacts BWE Sales Rep via phone or email
2. BWE directs prospect to Turnkey Section of the website.
3. BWE sends Background Check, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Non-Circumvent
Agreement and Preliminary Network Feedback Form, which allows the Client to
describe the terrain and environment of the proposed network.
4. Client signs, notarizes and sends signed documents
back to BWE.
5. BWE sends
preliminary business description and preliminary reference network designs
for the Client to evaluate.
6. If Client wants to move forward they send BWE a check
for $2,000. This covers processing a background check, spectrum analyzer
rental and travel for a BWE engineer to
perform an on-site spectrum analysis of proposed wireless network site.
5. BWE will give the client an oral
analysis of the RF
environment and give the client some verbal recommendations
about what type of equipment and network design would work
best for their location.
6. BWE engineer will report back to BWE with formal
engineering and network design recommendations.
7. Client will be offered the choice of receiving a formal
network design report for $25,000 or a quote for a complete
turnkey package to build a network, train two staff members
and reserve one BWE business manager to oversee WISP's
commerical launch. Client will receive a contract for the
option they select.
8. Client will sign the contract, notarize it and send it back to BWE with a
check for 50% of project's construction fee and all equipment costs.
9. BWE waits 7 days for Client's check to clear.
10. As soon as payment is received, BWE will submit a final network design, an equipment list, a business plan, a
marketing plan and a timeline line for the network's actual construction for
the Client's approval.
11. After receiving written approval, BWE will place equipment order and arrange
travel, lodging and equipment rental for network's construction.
Equipment will be shipped to Client's location.

As soon as the equipment arrives, the Client will pay another 25% of the
contract's value to pay for training and network construction.

BWE schedules training classes for one business manager and one network
engineer. Upon completion of training classes, network construction will
begin. Business manager and network engineer will work side-by-side BWE
engineers and business planners to build the network and design business
processes that will become the template for the WISP's daily operations.

BWE will manage and oversee the installation of 10-20 customers with Client's
network engineer. Upon the 10th customer installation, the Client will pay
the remaining 25% of the contract's value, which will pay for remaining
network construction costs and marketing programs.

BWE will manage and oversee the planning for the commercial launch of service
and the execution of the first marketing, public relations and customer acquisition programs.
16. BWE will offer telephone technical support to the Client for 6 months as
a part of the contract. After 6 months, Client will be moved to a
Managed Services
program that will provide a formal cost structure for continued technical
support, network maintenance and customer acquisition programs.
17. BWE is offering Master Franchisor Agreements,
which will allow the Master Franchisor to begin selling BWE franchises in their
Designated Marketing Area (DMA), state or country. Master Franchise Agreements will
be offered on a first-come, first serve basis.
