Customer Reporting
Extensive Reporting: Prior to the
beginning of service, the BWE CustomerCare works with you to establish periodic
reporting to meet your business needs. With our approach, we bring a number of
standard reports but we also recognize that each organization needs to see the
data in the format that assists them in making the appropriate decisions.
Monthly/Quarterly Reviews: It is
important that we have a continual dialogue to understand the business issues
impacting the support environment. On a monthly basis, our manager will discuss
current support issues and trends. It is our goal to meet on a quarterly basis
to discuss long-term business and support initiatives and plan for the coming
quarter.
