MediaG3, Inc. Announces Progress Report on Its WIMAX Broadband Wireless Roll-Out Strategy

11//6/09 - MediaG3 announced that the Company's expansion plan is advancing according to expectation. Recently, the Company announced a successful service launch in Keizer and Salem, Oregon, and following the initial successful launch in Boise, Idaho. The addressable market, demographics, and Company estimated revenue metrics for broadband internet services include the following:

2) Percentage of households using broadband and wireless services at 74%.

3) Available broadband and wireless subscriber base is 140,600 households.

4) Estimated market share to be captured by MediaG3 should be 5%.

5) Estimating initial subscriber "sign-up" revenues of over $350,000/year.

Boise, Idaho:

5) Estimating initial subscriber "sign-up" revenues of over $366,000/year.

Joseph L. Anzalone, MediaG3 President & COO, had this to add: "These metrics show that MediaG3 is poised for strong and sustained revenue and margin growth in hundreds of markets like these. We feel our projections are conservative, and are basing performance on a 5% penetration rate in our WIMAX service expansion. We anticipate that we will have impressive numbers to report on the further development of our roll-out plan over the coming weeks and months."

The Company also reports the following update to its China Pilot Project:

1) Continued progress in the final stage to the China Pilot Project in Yunnan Province with equipment delivery expected during Q1 2010.

2) The Company's LMDS equipment will be a featured showcase of "last mile connectivity" for digital television over cable.

3) The project's sponsor is China's Academy of Broadcasting Science and the United States Trade & Development Agency. The 'USTDA' is providing partial funding by a US government grant.

MediaG3, Inc. develops, markets, and delivers broadband wireless technology products and services for today's fixed and mobile customers. Under the brand of Imperial Wireless, MediaG3 offers Internet access and Internet telephone via fixed and WiMax mobile wireless in 19 states and over 500 cities with expansion plans into all 50 states in the US by 2010.
