Strategic Wireless Advisor Announced to Advise London Borough of Newham on Broadband Wireless Network for 2012 Olympic Games 4/19/07 - Red-M announced that it has been appointed by the
London Borough of Newham, a London borough hosting the 2012 Olympic
Games, to advise and scope an advanced next generation wireless
network that will form part of a borough-wide communications solution.
The London Borough of Newham will use this network in its day-to-day operation for mission critical applications such as CCTV, Security, Mobile Workers, Environmental Monitoring and Voice over IP. This network will also be available for the 2012 Olympic Games development. Red-M is working in partnership with SNT Group, Newham's technology commercialisation consultants for 2012.
