As part of the agreement with Holden America, PointShot Wireless is pleased to announce the appointment of Hugh MacDiarmid to its Board of Directors. Holden Railway Equipment Corp. (HREC), a member company of the Holden America group, is engaged globally in the supply of components, products and systems to the rail industry, and is well situated to pursue opportunities for PointShot Wireless mobile internet access solutions in the Chinese passenger rail marketplace.

Prior to joining HREC, Mr. MacDiarmid was CEO of Laidlaw Transit Inc., North America's largest provider of student transportation services; previously, he accumulated almost 20 years of experience in the North American rail industry, including serving as Executive Vice-President, Commercial for Canadian Pacific Railway.
