Wireless Frontier Internet Expands Market with the Acquisition of X-Ramp Internet Services

Wireless Frontier Internet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:WFRI)
announced that they have acquired X-Ramp Internet
Services based in Uvalde, Texas.
"This marks the first closing of a series of
acquisitions our merger and acquisition team has been
focusing on in the Uvalde area," stated Jay Knabb,
President of Wireless Frontier. "The growth through
acquisition model that we adopted early on in our
business strategy has enabled us to seek out
acquisitions that create a synergy to our own Wireless
Broadband business. Once we enter into a letter of
intent with the acquisition, we spend a great deal of
time making sure the integration will be a seamless and
smooth transition for the customer throughout the
closing and merger into our company. The acquisition of
X-Ramp has allowed us to pursue several other Internet
service providers in the same area. By combing several
ISP's from the Uvalde market into one, not only do we
cut our monthly fixed costs, but we can acquire all the
ISP's that normally would not be large enough for us to
peruse," stated Knabb.
