Air Media Now! Announces New Management Team

The Board of Directors appoints J. Keith Money as CEO and President and Peter Friedman as Senior Vice-President of Technology and Operations

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 11, 2002 - Air Media Now! (OTC:AMNW), a leading integrator and distributor of wireless broadband Internet services and products, announced today the appointment of J. Keith Money as CEO and President and Peter Friedman as Senior Vice-President of Technology and Operations.

The selections form the basis of a new management team. Mr. Money replaces former CEO Sean M. O'Brien and former President Joseph Sineno Jr., both whom resigned their positions on August 29th.

Prior to joining the Air Media Now! Team, Mr. Money was a Managing Partner in the MTM Consulting Group. Mr. Money was also Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Syndeos Group. Mr. Money served as Chief Marketing Officer of World Commerce Online (WCO) from September 1998 until August 2001. Additionally, in July of 1999 he established WCO's Europe, Middle East and African operations (EMEA). Opening offices in The Netherlands, France, Israel and Kenya, he served the company as COO of EMEA until May 2001. Prior to joining WCO, Mr. Money was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer of Roundabout Logic, Inc. Mr. Money also has held positions of significance with Galacticomm, Inc., NEC/Packard-Bell, GeoWorks, MasterClip Graphics and Software Publishing Corporation. Mr. Money received a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Wingate University and received a scholarship for Masters Studies at the University of Chicago.

Mr. Friedman was founder and Managing Principal of ITFreedom Group and MTM Consulting. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Friedman was Vice-President of MIS for World Commerce Online's global operations. While at WCO, Mr. Friedman managed a network infrastructure that supported customers on four continents, with data centers in Florida, California, Pennsylvania, The Netherlands and Germany. Prior to that, he was President of United Network Consultants from 1990 to 1999, a full service infrastructure construction and consulting company with over 100 employees. Prior to founding and running United Network Consultants, Mr. Friedman has held executive managerial positions with Time Warner, Commonwealth, Cable and Telephone and ACC, which was part of a Joint Venture to construct one of the first private voice and data systems in New York City. He also designed and constructed one of Europe's first hybrid data and RF network around Stockholm, Sweden.

Air Media Now! is the developer of Early Alert Safety Technology (EAST) Freedom Zones(TM); an EAST Freedom Zone is a network of intelligent displays connected to the Internet by a patented wireless network technology. Every display is capable of 2-way communication via the Internet and GSM/GPRS cellular technology. Any display on the Freedom Zone network will be able to broadcast Emergency Alert System (EAS) or AMBER Network information as well as additional detailed information that cannot easily be disseminated using existing EAS technology. The system will give local agencies the ability to broadcast not only information on missing children, but also breaking information concerning terrorist threats, weather warnings, disaster relief instructions or any other general public safety announcement. The messages can be in the form of typed text, animated computer generated graphics, streaming video or live broadcasts.

Now! Zones(TM) are the commercial equivalent of the Freedom Zones. Unlike other 802.11 networks, Now! Zones will be accessible on the move, even from vehicles traveling at highway speeds. Thousands of subscribers will be able to access the Internet wirelessly, at speeds 5 times faster than from their office's T-1 or 10 times faster than their home's DSL or Cable modem. All Now! Zones will initially cover at least 2-5 square miles. Eventually, entire cities will be covered, as EAST Freedom Zones are rolled out. Subscribers to Now! Zones will also be able to purchase kits for wireless home networks to be seamlessly connected to EAST Freedom Zone information and Now! Zone content such as Voice over IP wireless telephone service, DVD quality Video on Demand, Cable and Broadcast Television, and wireless broadband interactive gaming.
