Celerica CEO Named to Business News
New Jersey's '40 Under 40'

Miguel Cizin Recognized as one of New Jersey's Outstanding
Young Executives by Prominent Business Publication

MORRISTOWN, N.J., March 12, 2002 - Celerica, Inc., a wireless infrastructure start up, today announced that its CEO, Miguel Cizin, has been named to Business News New Jersey's prestigious "40 Under 40" list.  This recognition is given annually to 40 individuals who have ascended to leadership roles at a relatively early stage in their lives.

Joining Celerica over a year ago, Cizin has been driving its mission to provide an  alternative way to enable wireless carriers to add capacity in urban areas more economically and efficiently.  Recently, Cizin and his team announced a second round of venture capital funding that brought the total funding raised to date to over $20 million.

Born in Uruguay, Cizin began his telecommunications career in 1987 at AT&T's Bell Laboratories in Whippany, N.J. There, he was responsible for the design and development of specialty connectors, and for the product management of interconnection components - work that ultimately led him to be awarded a patent. Continuing at AT&T, Miguel led a multinational team in the development of a new central office distribution system for the international market.

In 1996, Cizin joined Nortel Networks, where he was responsible for introducing Nortel's Fixed Wireless Access solution to Latin America. Relocating to Israel, he worked as Nortel Networks' General Manager, in charge of sales, deployment and engineering support of the cellular network for Cellcom, Israel's largest cellular provider. Cizin holds a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, a master's degree in engineering mechanics from Columbia University, New York, and an MBA in international business from the University of Miami, Florida.

"I feel very privileged to be included in such an esteemed group of professionals," said Cizin of his "40 under 40" honor.  " It's a pleasure to be back in the New Jersey business community, locating Celerica where the cellular wireless revolution began."
