Navini Networks Launches Channel Sales Program
and Announces First Channel Partner, TIS

Channel Sales Program to Augment Navini's Direct Sales Efforts With VARs

ATLANTA, June 4, 2002 - Navini Networks(tm) Inc., the pioneer of non-line-of-sight, zero-install, nomadic broadband technology to service providers in the wireless broadband industry, today announced the launch of its channel sales program and its first channel partner in Technology Integration Services (TIS), a regional Value Added Reseller (VAR) with emphasis on federal government.

Through the selection of VARs with specific areas of specialization, Navini will extend its market presence, both internationally and domestically.

"On the heels of our announcement of general availability, the channel sales program we have put in place is designed to further the deployment and adoption of wireless broadband," said Alastair Westgarth, president and CEO of Navini Networks.

"Through our relationship with TIS, we will be able to offer reliable technology to new markets and specialized areas where high-speed, always-on access is a necessity. We are actively seeking additional VAR partners to assist in these efforts in firmly extending the wireless broadband marketplace."

"The partnership with Navini is a move in the right direction for this unique technology adoption," said Brenton Dunlop, TIS president and CEO. "Navini's technologies will serve all U.S. government markets and they regard the federal government as a strategic vertical market. Navini's wireless technology offers the kind of freedom and scalability that federal government users demand. The Navini product, coupled with TIS' highly skilled technical support team and 8(a) status, makes the Navini relationship one of our most strategic alliances for local, state and federal sales."

Navini's Channel Sales Program is designed with multiple commitment levels at competitive pricing to allow channel partners to ramp up quickly and experience the benefits of Navini's wireless broadband technology.
