Agreements to Provide
Nationwide Broadband
Installation and Integration Services for
Nationwide DSL
and High-Speed Wireless Accounts
GREAT NECK, N.Y., June 3, 2002 - Juniper
Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JUNI) ("Juniper"), a diversified holding company
with operations in the entertainment, healthcare and information technologies
sectors announced today that its Juniper Internet Communications, Inc.
subsidiary (JINI), www.JiniInternet.com,
has signed reciprocal agreements with Texolutions, Inc. of Santa Rosa,
California (http://www.texolutions.net),
to provide comprehensive nationwide broadband-internet integration and
installation services and support for major DSL and Wireless vendors, Systems
Integrators and network operators.
With today's announcement, Juniper Internet Communications and Texolutions formalized their existing working relationship for both ongoing and new projects in the DSL and Wireless-broadband industries. This mutual agreement enables both organizations to provide the most comprehensive service and support to customer locations outside each company's home service areas. Major customers that will continue to be supported by JINI and Texolutions include major DSL providers, CLECs and ISPs, and Wireless/802.11B service providers and vendors.
Alan R. Andrus, JINI's President reported that JINI has been working together with Texolutions on several highly successful projects in recent months.
