ARC Wireless Grants Retail
Distribution Rights for Freedom Antenna

      WHEAT RIDGE, Colo., July 24, 2002--ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: ARCS) announced that it has entered into an exclusive Distribution Agreement with Global Wireless Accessories, Inc. to market ARC's new Freedom Antenna(TM) to consumer retail stores, including mass merchant, home improvement and discount chains, in the USA.

    Global is required to purchase approximately $1,000,000 of the antennas per year for each of the two years of the contract in order to maintain its exclusivity. With a frequency range of 800 MHz to 3 GHz, the patent pending Freedom Antenna(TM) is the world's first universal broadband antenna accessory to extend the range and reduce dropped calls for cellular phones and other wireless devices.

    Global Wireless Accessories, a privately held marketing and sales company for wireless accessory products, which is located in Tampa, Florida, provides electronic retailers with a wide selection of high-quality wireless products. Global Wireless has existing relationships with a number of discount and chain store retailers and has significant in-market brand building and merchandising expertise.
