MCLEAN, VIRGINIA, January 28, 2002 - LCC International, Inc., (NASDAQ: LCCI) a global leader in wireless voice and data turn-key technical consulting services is pleased to announce that Marc Weinberg has joined the Company as its Vice President of Sales for the North America region. In this role, Mr. Weinberg will be responsible for evolving the region's current customer base to leverage additional revenue opportunities as well as target strategic new prospects that could benefit from LCC's diverse capabilities and turn-key experience.

Mr. Weinberg has eleven years of experience in sales and sales management within the wireless community and joins LCC from Wireless Facilities Inc. (WFI) where he lead WFI's Eastern Region's sales team. His extensive experience in the wireless sector also includes sales, management and technical positions at Motorola and AT&T Network systems.
