Varda Goldman Joins PCTEL as 
Vice President and General Counsel

    PCTEL, Inc. (Nasdaq: PCTI), a leading provider of Internet access products and 802.11 mobility software, announced today that Varda Goldman accepted the position of vice president and general counsel. This is a new position at PCTEL.

    Before joining PCTEL, Goldman served as a vice president and director of legal services for Motorola's growing Commercial Government and Industrial Solutions Sector, prior to announcing her retirement earlier this year. She served in a similar capacity in other Motorola businesses, including its Cellular Infrastructure Group. Goldman began her career at Motorola in 1977 supporting the automotive and electronics group. She received her undergraduate and law degrees at Northwestern University and DePaul University College of Law, respectively.
