to offer Airpath Solutions for Wi-Fi Hot Spot Internet Access

Technologies Incorporated (Nasdaq:TESS), a leading supplier of integrated
product plus supply chain solutions to the wireless communications industry,
announced an agreement with Airpath Wireless, Inc., a recognized leader in the
creation, deployment and interconnection of Wi-Fi Hot Spot Internet
Access.
Under
the agreement, TESSCO has exclusive rights to provide the integration of Airpath
hot spot back-office software, including their Hot Spot Billing Suitetm
and the Airpath Roaming and Settlement network. Airpath adds value to broadband
equipment vendors by creating “Powered By Airpath” or “Airpath Approved”
device to complete their broadband equipment solution. The agreement also
includes co-marketing and sales efforts.

Spot sites throughout the marketplace is contingent on easy to implement and
administer roaming and billing solutions. The
Airpath solutions, which can be up and running immediately, will make broadband
access and billing issues a non-factor to the proprietor.”
