WaveRider Commences Trading On OTC Bulletin Board
TORONTO, April 10, 2002 - WaveRider Communications Inc. (OTCBB:WAVC) today announced it will commence trading on the OTC Bulletin Board effective April 10, 2002 under the trading symbol WAVC."While we would have preferred a move to the Nasdaq Small Cap exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board provides for ongoing liquidity for our shareholders and continued access to the financial markets for the company," said Bruce Sinclair, President and Chief Executive Officer, WaveRider Communications Inc.
