ARC Wireless Solutions' Subsidiary Winncom 
Technologies to Distribute SoftJoys Labs' VoIP Software

    SoftJoys' solutions are based on technology which utilizes traditional local and wide area data networks for voice communications, known as Voice-over-IP (VoIP). The products include SoftJoys' dual standard (H.323/SIP) telephony client software -- SJphone(TM), for the Windows CE and Windows 98/NT/2000/XP operating systems, and SoftJoys' H.323 gatekeeper -- SJgatekeeper(TM). H.323 is a market-leading international standard for carrying real-time audio and video over data networks, including local and wide area networks and the Internet. Gatekeeper is a device that provides centralized call control functions such as call authorization, call routing and address resolution on IP telephony networks.
