Airspan Networks Announces Full Year Growth of
18%

Airspan Networks Inc. (Nasdaq:AIRN) announced fourth quarter
financial results for the period ending December 31, 2003. The
Company reported revenues for the fourth quarter of $9.0 million, up
43% from the third quarter of 2003. The net loss attributable to
common stockholders for the fourth quarter was $0.19 per share. For
the full year, the Company reported revenues of $30.7 million, and a
net loss of $29.5 million or $0.84 per share.
Highlights for the Year -- Full year revenues up
18% relative to 2002. -- Successful acquisition of the Proximity
business from Nortel Networks, including Airspan's first shipments
of Proximity equipment in late December 2003. New product
introductions on all platforms: -- High capacity AS4020 v7.2 for
voice and data -- WipLL VoIP and low cost point-to-point
solutions -- 802.16 OFDM high-end point-to-multipoint and point-
to-point AS4030 and AS3030 products -- Major contracts signed
with large operators to deploy the new AS4020 platform - New
Zealand, Serbia and Russia. -- New WipLL frequencies at 700MHz,
900MHz and 2.7GHz, and expansion of the WipLL customer base, with
new customer contracts in China, India, Russia and Brazil. --
Strengthened commitment to the IEEE 802.16d standard through
involvement in the WiMAX Forum and incorporation of WiMAX into the
product roadmap. -- Continuous improvement in working capital
management, resulting in a balance sheet that was free of funded
debt, and a cash burn rate that fell as the year progressed.

Endwave Exceeds Profitability Expectations and Higher
Than Expected Revenues |

Endwave Corporation (Nasdaq: ENWV) reported revenues of
$9.5 million for the fourth quarter of 2003, compared with
revenues of $8.2 million for the third quarter of 2003 and
$7.0 million for the fourth quarter of 2002. Total revenues
for 2003 were $33.8 million, compared with revenues of $22.6
million for 2002.
Of special note, Endwave executed a 2-year follow- on
contract with Nokia Networks for the production of Endwave's
current and next-generation transceivers, to be used in
Nokia's FlexiHopper and FlexiHopper Plus radios.

Alvarion Reports Record Revenues Plus Net Profit in
Q4 |

Alvarion Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALVR) announced financial results
for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2003.
Revenues for the fourth quarter of 2003 rose to a record $39.5
million, an increase of 15% compared to $34.3 million in the
third quarter of 2003, and up 77% from $22.3 million in the
fourth quarter of 2002. Gross margin increased for the 9th
consecutive quarter, reaching 42.4% compared to 41.1% in the
third quarter of 2003 and 38.9% in the fourth quarter of 2002.

iPass Reports Fourth Quarter Fourth Quarter Revenues up
37% over Prior Year |

iPass Inc. (Nasdaq:IPAS) announced financial results for
its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2003 and for its full
year 2003. Revenues for the fourth quarter ended December 31,
2003 were $37.5 million, representing a 37% increase over
revenues of $27.4 million for the same period last year and a
7% increase over revenues of $35.0 million for the quarter
ended September 30, 2003. Revenues for the full year 2003 were
$136.1 million, representing a 47% increase over revenues of
$92.8 million for the full year 2002.

WJ Communications Semiconductor Revenues Continue to
Grow -- Record Gross Margins |

WJ Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:WJCI) announced results for
its fourth quarter, ended December 31, 2003. Revenue for the
fourth quarter of 2003 was $6.5 million, as revenue from the
Company's semiconductors increased 15% from the immediately
preceding quarter to $6.0 million. Revenues for the fourth
quarter of 2002 were $9.1 million and included $4.1 million in
revenues from legacy businesses that have either been sold or
are being exited as the Company continues its transition to
becoming a pure play RF semiconductor company.

Bluesoft Closes $5.7 Million Funding Round for
AeroScout Wi-Fi Real-Time Location

Bluesoft announced that it had secured $5.7 million in
Series B funding in a round co-led by STAR Ventures and
Comverse Investments. The Intel Communications Fund also
contributed to the round as part of its Wi-Fi investment
portfolio.
"Bluesoft's AeroScout WLAN Location System is already in
use at many customer sites. The additional funds will enable
us to further expand our sales and marketing activities," said
Yuval Bar-Gil, Bluesoft's CEO. "The AeroScout system is able
to accurately locate both standard Wi-Fi clients and
Bluesoft's Wi-Fi Tags, which are similar to long range active
RFID tags, only Wi-Fi compatible and provide real-time
location information. As such, the AeroScout system can be a
platform for location-based applications in any Wi-Fi enabled
environment and can be used to greatly enhance supply chain
efficiency in manufacturing, distribution and retail."
