    The broadband wireless industry is young, but growing rapidly.  In order to create better awareness for the technology and give the industry a recognizable brand name, BWE has developed logos that may be used by any equipment vendor, operator or Internet Service Provider that provides high-speed Internet or data connections using broadband wireless technology.

    All Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISPs) are encouraged to place the logo on their web sites, press releases and marketing materials. The broadband wireless logo will soon be recognized by the rest of the telecom industry and will establish broadband wireless technology as a superior means of delivering high-speed Internet connections.

    The only requirement is that the logo not be modified in any way and that a URL be attached to the logo (not mandatory, but very helpful for those who don't know much about the broadband wireless industry), so that when others click on the logo, they will be sent to this page so that they too will be able to get a better understanding of what broadband wireless technology is, how it works, and how it can be utilized to provide high-speed Internet connections to neighborhoods, towns and cities that have been overlooked by DSL and Cable Modem providers.
